This urban project of approximately 240.000 m2, can be found on the periphery of the city of Qingdao, at the coast of the Pacific Ocean. The brief included school buildings, creative education centres, entertainment and sport facilities, a library and dormitories for the 5000 students and their tutors.
The main concept of the urban plan was to create a lively green heart in the middle of the campus. All the entertainment facilities will be located around this heart and this place also connects sports with education and the creative environment.
