The building will cater for the cardiac imaging of the Városmajor clinic. The back of the building marks a boundary between the free-standing villas of the Kissvábhegy, while at the front it continues the development pattern of the Városmajor street. The shape of the building complements these two approaches with a formal front and a more free-form back.

The facade is made of brick, concrete, glass and green aluminium. This is a response to social architecture where these materials are used for their character and low maintenance requirements. The ground floor at the Városmajor street for that reason is also set back by 1,5 meters, to widen the pavement.

Inside, the public and educational areas provide wide views towards the outside. These are spaces that require and receive a larger amount of daylight. Furthermore, plants are integrated with the façade here so that they have ample light to grow and provide a welcoming touch to visitors. The terrace on the highest floor also has a small garden area that accompanies the roof terrace as a space for reception and representative events.
